This returns policy applies to all purchase(s) made at a Lighting Empire Chandeliers store or on our online store http://www.lechandeliers.com.au.
The Lighting Empire Chandeliers 30 Day Money Back Guarantee does not exclude or replace your statutory rights given under the Australian Consumer Law and Regulations Act 2010.

We will provide Money Back if the following are met:
- You have a valid Lighting Empire Chandeliers Tax Invoice
- The product(s) are in original undamaged packaging, including all instruction manuals and accessories.
- The product(s) have not been installed, used or altered.
- The refund or exchange is valid within 30 days of invoice date or date of dispatch.
- The product(s) would need to be returned to the original place of purchase.
- Any cost associated with returning the goods would be at the consumers expense.
- Ex display clearance product (s)
- Custom made Product (s) i.e Custom Made Chandeliers.

Please note that any refund given would be less original postage/insurance costs. (In the event that your goods were shipped for free the actual postage amount would be deducted from the refund).

If you product is older than 30 days and you have changed your mind and would like return it. Lighting Empire Chandeliers is still here to help. Provided it meets the above conditions and the product has not been discontinued we may offer you a 12 month in store credit note. The issuing of this credit note will be at Lighting Empire Chandeliers discretion.
